We offer complimentary delivery within a 10 - 15 mile radius of our main office at 3711 N Harbor Blvd, Suite E-1, Fullerton, CA 92835.

Not sure if you qualify for free delivery? No worries! Just give us a ring at 657-378-9211 or shoot us an email at orders@clubketomealprep.com, and we'll gladly check for you.
Our plans like Essentials Plus, Performance Boost, Pro Achiever, Peak Performance, and Unity Feast all come with free delivery if within our delivery radius. Peak Performance and Unity Feast do receive free delivery within 10-20 miles of our main office.
If your order is under 10 meals, don't sweat it! You can swing by our main office for pickup.

What’s your delivery schedule?
Our priority is to ensure that you enjoy the freshest meals possible, without the concern of meals sitting in a fridge all week waiting to be eaten.
To achieve this, we've structured our delivery schedule into TWO DELIVERIES per week.
The first delivery always takes place on SUNDAY. This delivery includes the first half of your meals, providing you with enough meals for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The second delivery always occurs on THURSDAY. With this delivery, you'll receive the second half of your meals, covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
All deliveries are scheduled between 6 and 8 pm on SUNDAYS and THURSDAYS. If this timing conflicts with your schedule, please let us know, and we may be able to make alternative arrangements.
We're committed to ensuring you receive your meals promptly and conveniently, so you can focus on enjoying delicious, freshly prepared food hassle-free!

Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are always fresh and never frozen. They're delivered directly to you on the same day they're made.

How Do I Heat My Meals?
Each of our meals comes labeled with specific heating instructions tailored to the dish. As these instructions vary from meal to meal, it's important to refer to the label for the most accurate guidance.
Our packaging is BPA-free and microwave safe for your convenience. If you prefer to heat your meals in the oven or skillet, simply transfer the food to an oven-safe pan or skillet before heating.
For microwave heating, we recommend heating in 30-second increments to ensure even warming and to prevent overheating.
We prioritize your safety and satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding heating your meals.

I Get Bored Easily, Will I Have Enough Variety?
We offer over 150 delicious meals, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks, with new specials added monthly!
Our diverse cuisine includes Mexican, Caribbean, Indian, Asian, and American favorites, ensuring there's something for everyone. No diet burnout here!

How Do I Store My Meals?
Preferably you will eat them, not store them! Fresh meals, generally, can be refrigerated for a few days, or kept frozen for a few weeks.
Can I pause or skip a week if I need to?
You can pause skip or hold any subscription any time you want! Skip a week or place your subscription on pause by simply logging in and making the change on your delivery schedule. If you need assistance with this please give us a call at 657-378-9211 or send an email to orders@clubketomealprep.com
Do you have a referral program?
